2nd Thessalonians 2:9-11, “Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie” ... John 8:44, “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
The future coming of the Antichrist (also referred to as the “Beast” in
Scripture) will be preceded and accompanied by power, signs and lying
wonders according to 2nd Thessalonians 2:9-11. The Greek word for “power” is
dunamis, meaning “force, specifically miraculous power.” The Greek
word for “signs” is semeion and means “an indication, especially
ceremonial or supernatural.” The Greek word for “lying” is pseudos
and means “falsehood.” And finally, the Greek word for “wonders” is teras
and means “an omen.” An omen is a sign of something about to happen.
The interpretation of these words is very practical. Any spiritually alert Christian who remembers the election of U.S. President Barack Obama back in 2008, fully remembers the satanic spirit that permeated the entire election campaign. There was a powerful euphoric spirit in the public. Many people (particularly liberals and minorities) were overwhelmed with emotions, tears and unquestioning loyalty for Obama. School children were recorded singing ridiculous songs; such as, “Obama be thy name!” Blasphemous pictures of Mr. Obama hanging on a cross (inferring that he was our nation's savior) appeared around town nationwide. It was sickening! When Mr. Obama attended his first United Nations conference as U.S President, you could feel the satanic power present, as if the Antichrist himself walked into the meeting to address his servants.
I believe that the power and signs prophesied in the Bible concerning the coming of the Antichrist, have a much more practical application that looking for supernatural phenomena, elaborate parlor tricks or miracles such Christ performed. Watch this eye-opening video on “SIGNS OF SATAN,” to see hundreds of celebrities and powerful leaders flashing El Diablo (Spanish for the Devil) hand signs. These are certainly unprecedented signs of the coming Antichrist. At no time in history have hundreds-of-millions of people worldwide flashing “I LOVE SATAN” hand signs at all Rock concerts and every entertainment venue imaginable.

The greatest power in the world next to the Word of God is the power of the Godless, lying, manure-spreading, newsmedia. God has always wanted to free man; but Satan has always wanted to enslave man.
The phrase “LYING WONDERS” is very interesting. It refers to lying falsehoods such as the 911 attacks. Talk about a lying wonder! How do 2 planes bring down 3 buildings? Obviously, planes didn't bring down those World Trade Center buildings on September 11, 2001. There were bombs in the building (which first-responder firefighters and workers have claimed time-and-time again), being banned by local New Work judges from talking about it anymore. INJUSTICE! INJUSTICE! It is INJUSTICE!!! There is no greater injustice than that which hides behind a shield of law and justice!
When the Antichrist comes, the Bible teaches that the world will follow and worship him. Those who refuse to worship the IMAGE of the Beast will be executed (Revelation 13:15). Revelation 13:15, “And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”
Do you know why the unsaved masses of this world will eagerly follow and worship the Beast? It is because the Antichrist will give the people what they want.
