The Satanic Lutheran Augsburg Confession

By David J. Stewart | March 2019

Galatians 1:9, “As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”

There is not a more Satanic religion on the planet than the Lutheran Church! I am reminded of the Lord's stern words of warning to the unsaved religious Pharisees in Mark 7:9b, “Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.” Lutherans blatantly reject the inspired Word of God, choosing rather to follow Martin Luther's manmade tradition.

The infamous Augsburg Confession was written by Philip Melanchthon, a German Reformer and successor to Martin Luther. The “Confession” was presented to Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor and king of Spain, at the Diet of Augsburg on June 25, 1530. Desiring to restore political and religious unity in the German Free Territories, Charles V had called upon the princes of the territories to explain their religious convictions. The Augsburg Confession was the explanation of Martin Luther’s convictions. So in essence, the Augsburg Confession is 100% the unbiblical tradition of Martin Luther!

Here is a quote from the official website of the North American Lutheran Church, who state that they fully adopt Martin Luther's AUGSBURG CONFESSION that he wrote in the year 1530. ...

The North American Lutheran Church confesses:
The Triune God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the Gospel as the power of God for the salvation of all who believe.

...The Unaltered Augsburg Confession as a true witness to the Gospel, acknowledging as one with it in faith and doctrine all churches that likewise accept the teachings of the Unaltered Augsburg Confession. [emphasis added]

As you just read for yourself, the Lutheran religion recognizes the Augsburg Confession as defining “the Gospel.” What saith Martin Luther in his Satanic Augsburg Confession? ...

Article 9: About Baptism

1] About Baptism our churches teach that it is necessary for salvation, 2] and that through Baptism God offers us grace. Also, children ought to be baptized. Those brought to God through Baptism are received into God's grace.

3] We condemn the Anabaptists, who reject the baptizing of children and say that children are saved without Baptism.

Now what saith the Scripture? ...

1st Corinthians 15:1-4, “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.” [emphasis added]

I didn't see anything mentioned about water baptism, did you? Nope! The inspired Word of God defines “the Gospel” as: Jesus DIED on the cross for our sins, He was BURIED, and He resurrected from the dead three days later. Those THREE things comprise THE GOSPEL. So if you understand that you are a sinner in need of salvation (Romans 3:19), then all you have to do to be saved is BELIEVING THE GOSPEL!!! Once you believe you have everlasting life! John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.”

Mr. Luther is a bold-faced liar! Philip Melanchthon is a cursed liar! Water baptism is a believer's public profession of their faith in the Gospel, and not a part of obtaining salvation by grace. This truth is very evident from reading the Epistle of 1st John 5:13, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” So we see, clearly, that the apostle John wrote his Epistle to help individual believers “KNOW” that they are eternally saved. Carefully notice that John never once mentions anything about “baptism” in the Epistle of 1st John. That speaks volumes! Surely, if water baptism were necessary to be saved, then John would have emphasized the importance of getting baptized, but he didn't mention it at all. Obviously then, water baptism is NOT required to have eternal life.

Also, we see in the Holy Scriptures that the repentant thief on the cross DIDN'T get water baptized to be saved. Jesus promised him that they would be in Paradise together that very same day (Luke 23:43). For someone to claim that God made an exception for the thief on the cross is to errantly claim that there is more than one Gospel. We are explicitly warned in Galatians 1:6-9 that there is “NOT ANOTHER” Gospel, and anyone who preaches “ANOTHER GOSPEL” is cursed by God almighty!!! The salvation of the thief on the cross is further solid proof that a person DOESN'T need to be water baptized to receive eternal life.

The same truth holds true for the entire Old Testament, in which period no one was water baptized to be saved. Hebrews 4:2 says that Moses preached “THE GOSPEL” to the Hebrews in the Wilderness! Salvation has always been through the GOOD NEWS of the Messiah! Acts 10:43, “To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.”

Therefore, based upon the authority of the inspired written Word of God, Martin Luther's manmade tradition and the Augsburg Confession are of the Devil. How tragic it is that there an estimated 65,000,000 Lutherans today in the 21st century! Dear reader, please do not allow the Lutheran religion to take you to the eternal Lake of Fire with them! NO ONE has ever been saved by trusting in water baptism. Even if you partially trust in water baptism, just in case you think it might be necessary, you will go straight to burn in Hell forever and ever. Why? Because you failed to completely trust the Son of God, the Christ, the Lamb of God, Jesus our precious Savior!

Another theological observation can be found in the Gospel of John. In literally 87 places we are told to “BELIEVE” to be saved, without even one mention of “baptism” included with those references. Clearly, if baptism were necessary to receive the free gift of eternal life, then God would have stressed the importance of being water baptized to be saved, but HE DIDN'T. According to John 20:31, the Gospel of John is God's Gospel tract, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” Have you believed? If so, you are eternally saved!

Baptism is the first step of OBEDIENCE for the new believer, AFTER you are saved. In the Scriptures, people were ALWAYS water baptized AFTER they believed, never before or at the same time. Acts 2:41, “Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.” Carefully notice that the 3,000 people were only baptized AFTER they gladly received the Word of God (i.e., the Gospel). Let me give you some Scriptural support for what I am teaching. Galatians 3:2, “This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?” The apostle Paul only wanted to know HOW they got saved, to determine IF they were truly saved. Paul said he only wanted to know if they were saved “BY THE HEARING OF FAITH” or “BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW”? Isn't that beautiful? Here we see the simplicity that is in Christ to be saved. If you simply BELIEVE the Gospel when you HEAR IT preached, you are immediately and eternally born-again, saved! And again, please notice that Paul couldn't have cared less if they had been water baptized, evidenced by the FACT that he didn't mention it, nor even hint to it in the subtlest manner.

The Augsburg Confession teaches the heresy of Baptismal Regeneration (which is part of the heresy of Sacramental Salvation), and anyone who embraces these lies will go straight to Hell with the wicked men who wrote it! Since the beginning of human civilization, mankind has been prone to try to work his way into Heaven. We see this in Adam, who sewed fig leaves together to form aprons, to cover the nakedness of him and his sinful wife. Likewise, Cain, who attempted to impress God with the best harvest that the fields could produce. Instead, God killed an innocent animal to provide a covering for Adam and Eve, which represented the redeemed believer who is clothed in the imputed righteousness of God (Philippians 3:9). Likewise, God accepted Abel's lamb sacrifice, which was a type of the coming Lamb of God, Jesus, Who because the sacrifice on the cross for the sins of ALL mankind (1st Timothy 4:10). Romans 5:8-9, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” It is the Lord's precious blood that saves, not water baptism!!!
